Now Hiring: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) | California
Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 per year
Location: Los Gatos, California
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Are you a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who is passionate about helping individuals regain independence and live fuller lives? We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate COTA to join our team at a reputable therapy facility in California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing patient care plans.
- Deliver therapeutic activities focused on daily living skills and functional goals.
- Monitor and document patient progress, performance, and response to treatment.
- Collaborate with OTs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Support a positive, engaging, and safe treatment environment.
Qualifications:
- Active California COTA License
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Prior experience in [setting, e.g., SNF, outpatient, pediatric] preferred, but not required
