We're Hiring: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) | Florida
Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000 per year
Location: Fort Pierce, Florida
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking to make a meaningful impact? Join our patient-focused team in Florida and help individuals regain their independence and improve their quality of life through engaging and effective therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Occupational Therapists in carrying out personalized treatment plans.
- Support patients in improving their ability to perform daily activities and routines.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with the OT, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Accurately document patient responses and session outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida COTA License
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, professional, and team-oriented
- Experience in [SNF, outpatient, home health, etc.] preferred, but new grads are welcome!
