Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000 per year

Location: Vancouver, Washington

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Washington! If you’re passionate about improving lives through hands-on care and enjoy working alongside a skilled OT team, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out individualized treatment plans designed by the OT
  • Assist patients in developing or regaining daily living and work skills
  • Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising OT
  • Document patient interactions and outcomes in EMR systems
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques
  • Promote a positive, encouraging, and safe environment for patient success

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Current Washington State COTA license
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a care team
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care
