Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 per year
Location: South Windsor, Connecticut
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Guide patients through therapeutic activities to enhance daily living skills
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with therapists, patients, and caregivers to support recovery goals
- Ensure a safe, clean, and encouraging treatment environment
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active COTA license in Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and a compassionate approach to patient care
