Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

Location: Farmington, Connecticut

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Guide patients through therapeutic activities to enhance daily living skills
  • Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately
  • Collaborate with therapists, patients, and caregivers to support recovery goals
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and encouraging treatment environment

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Active COTA license in Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a compassionate approach to patient care
