Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000 per year
Location: Republic, Missouri
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans
- Assist patients with therapeutic activities that improve daily living skills
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately
- Provide encouragement and instruction to support rehabilitation goals
- Communicate effectively with the rehab team, patients, and families
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with current Missouri state license
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- A patient-focused and team-oriented attitude
