Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Florida
Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 per year
Location: Miami, Florida
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
- Provide therapeutic activities and interventions to improve patients’ mobility, function, and daily living skills.
- Monitor and document patient progress and communicate findings to the therapy team.
- Educate patients and families on techniques to support continued care.
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida COTA license.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- CPR certification (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in [skilled nursing, home health, outpatient, etc.] preferred, but new grads are welcome!
