Full- time Chiropractor in DISTRICT OF COLOMBIA for Meta Fit Chiropractic Services

When all you ever really wanted to do was take care of patients and help them get well, are you tired of the stress and tiresome tasks associated with running a business? Then you should come here!

To expand our staff, we are looking for a licensed chiropractor. Working directly with patients, you will provide long-term care and efficient pain relief techniques. and aiding in their wound healing.

Work Schedule:

  • Full time position, 40 working hrs per week
  • May include weekdays with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate patients

Salary:

$100,000 to $140,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient consultations by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.
  • Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions.
  • Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, to correct the musculoskeletal system.
  • Use heat, cold, massage therapy and other methods to treat patients
  • Obtain and record patients’ medical histories.
  • Arrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken.
  • Analyze x-rays to locate the sources of patients’ difficulties and rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.
  • Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
  • Educate patients on the quality-of-life benefits of routine chiropractic care.
  • Provide a patient with educational resources and a recommended course of treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate of Chiropractic
  • Graduate of an accredited chiropractic program
  • Current license as a chiropractor in the state of practice
  • Three or more years of clinical chiropractic work experience
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
