Full-time Chiropractor Needed for Private Chiropractic Clinic at Flex Care Chiropractic Center.


We are seeking a clinically skilled Chiropractor, with a passion for health and wellness, solid communication skills and desire to make a difference in the lives of others. Excellent relationship-building skills are a must along with the ability to provide consistent high-quality care. You will be responsible for providing excellent health and wellness education along with internal marketing. This opportunity allows you to be part of an innovative health care model as you provide top level care.


Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
  • Schedule may include weekdays, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate patient needs.
  • The specific work schedule will be discussed during the interview process to ensure a mutually beneficial arrangement.


Salary:

$100,000 to $130,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients to understand injuries or health concerns and develop treatment plans.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of neuromusculoskeletal injuries, conditions, and treatments.
  • Use diagnostic tools like X-rays or ultrasounds for a comprehensive understanding of the patient's condition.
  • Administer holistic treatments, including spinal manipulation, adjustments, massage, and temperature therapies.
  • Provide patient education on lifestyle improvements, including nutrition and exercise plans.
  • Document patient information and maintain detailed records in the HER system.
  • Stay updated with Chiropractic care developments through conferences and workshops.
  • Refer patients to other doctors or specialists as needed.
  • Contribute to fulfilling Aria's mission.
  • Interact graciously and respectfully with patients, coworkers, subordinates, and supervisors.


Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
  • Valid state licensure to practice as a chiropractor.
  • Demonstrated expertise in performing chiropractic adjustments and therapeutic techniques.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively educate and empower patients.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, prioritizing patient well-being and satisfaction.
  • Dedication to professional growth and keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in chiropractic care.
