Location: Torrance, California | Setting: Outpatient | Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

As a Chiropractor, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients suffering from musculoskeletal conditions, including back pain, neck pain, headaches, and other joint or soft tissue problems. You’ll provide hands-on care through spinal adjustments, physical therapy techniques, and other treatments, while working closely with a team of professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each patient.
Your role will be integral to delivering a holistic, patient-centered care experience, and we are looking for someone who is eager to develop professionally and make a difference.
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9 AM-7 PM
Compensation: $115,000.00 - $135,000 per year + benefits
Job Duties:
- Patient Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ medical histories and perform physical exams to determine their conditions, limitations, and treatment options.
- Provide Chiropractic Adjustments: Use various techniques, including spinal manipulations, mobilizations, and soft tissue therapies, to alleviate pain and restore function.
- Treatment Plans: Develop personalized treatment plans that align with patients' goals and conditions, providing effective strategies to address both acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on proper body mechanics, posture correction, lifestyle modifications, and the importance of exercise and nutrition in maintaining overall health.
- Collaborative Care: Work in coordination with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Document and Track Progress: Maintain accurate and timely patient records, tracking treatment plans, patient progress, and outcomes.
- Ongoing Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest chiropractic techniques and industry trends to ensure the highest level of care and expertise.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program.
- Valid Chiropractic License in the state of California (or eligibility to obtain).
- A strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy, biomechanics, and diagnostic evaluation.
- Proven experience or passion for hands-on treatment techniques, including spinal manipulation and mobilization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and educate them about their treatment options.
- Dedication to patient care, with a holistic approach to healing and recovery.
- Experience in treating a variety of conditions, including sports injuries, sciatica, and repetitive stress disorders.
- Certification in additional therapeutic modalities, such as Active Release Therapy (ART), Graston Technique, or Kinesiology Taping.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus.
- Previous experience working in an outpatient clinic setting or a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
