Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Support: Greet and assist patients before and after chiropractic treatments, helping them feel comfortable and informed.
  • Treatment Assistance: Assist chiropractors during procedures and therapies, such as setting up equipment, applying heat or cold packs, and monitoring exercises or modalities under supervision.
  • Administrative Tasks: Answer phones, schedule appointments, check patients in/out, verify insurance, and maintain accurate records in our EMR system.
  • Clinic Organization: Prepare treatment rooms, sanitize equipment, restock supplies, and ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.
  • Education & Communication: Help explain office procedures, answer basic patient questions, and reinforce at-home care instructions as directed by the chiropractor.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with chiropractors, massage therapists, and front desk staff to keep daily operations flowing smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a chiropractic assistant training program is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required. On-the-job training available for the right candidate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical setting
  • Comfort working with patients of all ages and conditions
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling software/EMR systems
  • Must be eligible for or hold Chiropractic Assistant certification in Washington (training support may be provided if needed).
