Job Title: Chiropractic Assistant – Outpatient Clinic
Salary Range: $35,000 – $45,000 per year
Location: Spokane , Washington
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

As a Chiropractic Assistant (CA), you’ll play a vital role in supporting both our chiropractors and patients. You'll assist with clinical procedures, help manage patient flow, and ensure each visitor has a positive, efficient, and compassionate experience. Whether you're prepping treatment rooms or guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, you’ll be at the heart of our practice’s daily success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Support: Greet and assist patients before and after chiropractic treatments, helping them feel comfortable and informed.
- Treatment Assistance: Assist chiropractors during procedures and therapies, such as setting up equipment, applying heat or cold packs, and monitoring exercises or modalities under supervision.
- Administrative Tasks: Answer phones, schedule appointments, check patients in/out, verify insurance, and maintain accurate records in our EMR system.
- Clinic Organization: Prepare treatment rooms, sanitize equipment, restock supplies, and ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.
- Education & Communication: Help explain office procedures, answer basic patient questions, and reinforce at-home care instructions as directed by the chiropractor.
- Coordination: Collaborate with chiropractors, massage therapists, and front desk staff to keep daily operations flowing smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a chiropractic assistant training program is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required. On-the-job training available for the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical setting
- Comfort working with patients of all ages and conditions
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling software/EMR systems
- Must be eligible for or hold Chiropractic Assistant certification in Washington (training support may be provided if needed).
