Job Title: Chiropractic Assistant- Washington

Salary Range: $35,000 – $45,000 per year

Location: Olympia, Washington

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with scheduling, check-in, and check-out procedures.
  • Support the chiropractor during patient exams and therapies.
  • Manage patient records, documentation, and billing tasks accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment.
  • Educate patients on wellness practices and answer basic questions about services.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); medical or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with EHR systems is a plus.
