• Demonstrating knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and dental computer software.

• Staying informed about state and federal laws relevant to dentistry.

• Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all patient paperwork.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Dentrix.

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to assist and address patient needs effectively.

• Proficiency in managing appointment scheduling, including entering patient appointments, confirming upcoming appointments, and handling recalls.

Salary:

$60,000-$65,000 per year.
