Salary:
- $50,000 to $70,000 a year with full benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 4 PM
- Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready for use.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Implement infection control protocols to ensure patient safety and cleanliness of the dental environment.
- Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Manage patient records and assist with scheduling appointments as needed.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Utilize dental software systems for managing patient information.
- Display knowledge of dental anatomy to assist in diagnostic procedures and treatment planning.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Active state Dental Assistant license.
- At least 1-2 years of previous experience as a Dental Assistant
- Familiarity with general dentistry practices and aseptic techniques is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of medical documentation processes and HIPAA compliance is essential.
