Full-time Dental Biller Needed
We are excited to welcome a detail-oriented Dental Biller to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing patient billing, including verifying insurance eligibility and coordinating benefits. You will work closely with the dental team to ensure accurate coding and billing practices, as well as follow up on outstanding payments. Your ability to communicate effectively with both patients and insurance companies will be crucial in resolving any billing issues. Salary:
- $60,000 to $80,000 a year with full benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 4 PM
- Review and verify patient information, medical records, and treatment documentation
- Prepare and submit accurate claims to insurance companies by mail
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resubmit as necessary
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active state Certified Professional Biller (CPB) license.
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in dental billing.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate billing and claims submissions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with dental staff, patients, and insurance companies.
