Full-time Dental Biller Needed
We are looking for a skilled Dental Biller to join our established dental practice. This position involves managing the complete billing cycle, from claim submission to payment posting. You will be tasked with resolving billing discrepancies and ensuring that all procedures are coded accurately for reimbursement. Strong problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of dental insurance policies will be essential for this role. Our ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to work independently while contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

Salary:
- $60,000 to $80,000 a year with full benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 4 PM
- Review and verify patient information, medical records, and treatment documentation
- Prepare and submit accurate claims to insurance companies by mail
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resubmit as necessary
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active state Certified Professional Biller (CPB) license.
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in dental billing.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate billing and claims submissions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with dental staff, patients, and insurance companies.
