Full-time Dental Biller Needed

We are in search of an organized and efficient Dental Biller to become part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will oversee the entire billing process, from preparing and submitting claims to following up on unpaid invoices. Your strong communication skills will help in addressing patient questions and resolving any billing concerns. A solid understanding of dental terminology and insurance policies will be essential for your success. Salary:
  • $60,000 to $80,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday 9 AM - 4 PM
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify patient information, medical records, and treatment documentation
  • Prepare and submit accurate claims to insurance companies by mail
  • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resubmit as necessary
  • Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim discrepancies or issues
  • Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Active state Certified Professional Biller (CPB) license.
  • Minimum 2 years of prior experience in dental billing.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate billing and claims submissions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with dental staff, patients, and insurance companies.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a university setting.
