Full-time Dental Biller Needed
We are on the lookout for a skilled Dental Biller to join our Dental Clinic. This position is crucial for our financial operations, encompassing the management of patient billing processes, insurance verification, claims submission, and ensuring timely payments from patients and insurance companies. The Dental Biller will collaborate with dental staff, patients, and insurance providers to ensure efficient billing practices and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.

The Dental Biller will collaborate with dental staff, patients, and insurance providers to ensure efficient billing practices and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
Salary:
- $60,000 to $80,000 a year with benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
- Review and verify patient information, medical records, and treatment documentation
- Prepare and submit accurate claims to insurance companies by mail
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resubmit as necessary
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Active state Certified Professional Biller (CPB) license.
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in dental billing.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate billing and claims submissions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with dental staff, patients, and insurance companies.
