We are seeking a Dental Biller to join our team at our Dental Clinic. The Dental Biller is essential to our financial operations, responsible for managing patient billing processes, verifying insurance coverage, submitting claims, and ensuring timely payments from patients and insurance companies. This role requires close collaboration with dental staff, patients, and insurance providers to facilitate smooth billing operations and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

We are seeking a Dental Biller to join our team at our Dental Clinic. The Dental Biller is essential to our financial operations, responsible for managing patient billing processes, verifying insurance coverage, submitting claims, and ensuring timely payments from patients and insurance companies. This role requires close collaboration with dental staff, patients, and insurance providers to facilitate smooth billing operations and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
Salary:
- $60,000 to $80,000 a year with benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
- Review and verify patient information, medical records, and treatment documentation
- Prepare and submit accurate claims to insurance companies by mail
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resubmit as necessary
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Active state Certified Professional Biller (CPB) license.
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in dental billing.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate billing and claims submissions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with dental staff, patients, and insurance companies.
