Full-time Dental Biller Needed
Our Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated Dental Biller to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage patient billing processes, verify insurance coverage, submit claims, and ensure prompt payments from both patients and insurance companies. The Dental Biller will work closely with our dental staff, patients, and insurance providers to ensure efficient billing operations and effectively address any issues that may come up.

In this vital role, you will manage patient billing processes, verify insurance coverage, submit claims, and ensure prompt payments from both patients and insurance companies. The Dental Biller will work closely with our dental staff, patients, and insurance providers to ensure efficient billing operations and effectively address any issues that may come up.
Salary:
- $60,000 to $80,000 a year with benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
- Review and verify patient information, medical records, and treatment documentation
- Prepare and submit accurate claims to insurance companies by mail
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resubmit as necessary
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Active state Certified Professional Biller (CPB) license.
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in dental billing.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate billing and claims submissions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with dental staff, patients, and insurance companies.
