Full-time Dental Biller Needed
Join our team as an experienced Dental Biller! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire dental billing process, including claim processing, insurance verification, and patient invoicing. Your detail-oriented approach and excellent organizational skills will ensure accurate billing and timely payments. You will work in partnership with dental providers to resolve any discrepancies and streamline financial operations.

You will work in partnership with dental providers to resolve any discrepancies and streamline financial operations.
Salary:
- $60,000 to $80,000 a year with full benefit
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
- Review and verify patient information, medical records, and treatment documentation
- Prepare and submit accurate claims to insurance companies by mail
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resubmit as necessary
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active state Certified Professional Biller (CPB) license.
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in dental billing.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate billing and claims submissions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with dental staff, patients, and insurance companies.
