Full-time Dental Biller Needed
We are looking for an experienced Dental Biller to join our expanding team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of dental billing, including processing claims, verifying insurance coverage, and managing patient invoices. Your keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills will guarantee accurate billing and prompt payments. You will work closely with dental providers to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of dental procedures and insurance policies, paired with exceptional communication skills.

Salary:
- $60,000 to $80,000 a year with full benefit
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
- Review and verify patient information, medical records, and treatment documentation
- Prepare and submit accurate claims to insurance companies by mail
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resubmit as necessary
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active state Certified Professional Biller (CPB) license.
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in dental billing.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate billing and claims submissions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with dental staff, patients, and insurance companies.
