Full-time Dental Biller Needed
We are seeking a skilled Dental Biller to become part of our growing team. In this position, you will manage all facets of dental billing, from processing claims and verifying insurance coverage to handling patient invoices. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities will help ensure accurate billing and timely collections. Collaborating closely with dental providers, you will address discrepancies and facilitate efficient financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of dental procedures and insurance policies, along with outstanding communication skills.

Salary:
- $60,000 to $80,000 a year with full benefit
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
- Review and verify patient information, medical records, and treatment documentation
- Prepare and submit accurate claims to insurance companies by mail
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resubmit as necessary
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active state Certified Professional Biller (CPB) license.
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in dental billing.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate billing and claims submissions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with dental staff, patients, and insurance companies.
