As a Registered Dental Hygienist in our growing practice, you will have the opportunity to co-diagnose with the dentist, take on additional tasks like placing sealants, offering whitening services, and taking Itero scans to enhance productivity. In addition to an hourly pay rate, you will also have the chance to earn a percentage of production.

Salary:

$55,000 to $75,000 (based on experience and performance)

Work Schedule:

Monday and Tuesday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Wednesday: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Thursday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Friday: Mobile Outreach (varied schedule)

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program.

Valid state dental hygiene license.

Adaptability and flexibility for mobile clinic operations.

Strong communication skills to engage with diverse communities.

Responsibilities:

Conducting dental cleanings and screenings in our mobile setup.

Providing oral health education to community members of all ages.

Assisting in dental procedures and maintaining equipment.

Collaborating with the team to organize and execute mobile dental visits.

Ensuring a seamless and efficient mobile clinic experience.
