Full-time/Part-time Dental Hygienists Needed at Reason To Smile Surgical Dentistry in Chambersburg, PA

Join our dynamic Dental Clinic as a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist, and take advantage of excellent benefits and a relationship-focused practice. We are seeking motivated and self-driven professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and possesses a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

We prioritize delivering high-quality patient care and building trust and rapport with our valued patients. You will have the opportunity to co-diagnose with the dentist, take on additional tasks like placing sealants, offering whitening services, and taking Itero scans to enhance productivity. In addition to an hourly pay rate, you will also have the chance to earn a percentage of production.

Work Schedule:

Monday and Tuesday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Wednesday: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Thursday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Friday: Mobile Outreach (varied schedule)


Responsibilities:

  • Conducting dental cleanings and screenings in our mobile setup.
  • Providing oral health education to community members of all ages.
  • Assisting in dental procedures and maintaining equipment.
  • Collaborating with the team to organize and execute mobile dental visits.
  • Ensuring a seamless and efficient mobile clinic experience.


Salary:

$55,000 to $75,000 (based on experience and performance)


Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
  • Valid state dental hygiene license.
  • Adaptability and flexibility for mobile clinic operations.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with diverse communities.
