Dental Hygienist – Bakersfield, California

We’re looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our practice and provide high-quality dental care while building lasting patient relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and is committed to delivering outstanding hygiene services.

Position Details:

• Full-time | Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Salary: $80K – $100K per year
• Must have an active California Hygiene License

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough dental cleanings and screenings
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene habits
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed
• Assist in patient care planning alongside dentists
• Keep accurate records of patient treatments and history

What You Need to Succeed:

• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current California Dental Hygiene License
• At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and patient-focused approach
• CPR certification required
