Job Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including assessments of oral health, diagnosing dental conditions, and developing treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Provide a wide range of general dentistry services, such as preventive care, restorative procedures, root canals, extractions, and periodontal treatments, ensuring exceptional results for all dental procedures.
- Utilize modern dental equipment and technologies to deliver high-quality and efficient dental care to patients, emphasizing patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed dental records, documenting patient information, treatment plans, and progress to ensure continuity of care and adherence to industry standards.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive measures, empowering them to make informed decisions about their dental care and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with a team of dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to ensure smooth and effective dental clinic operations and provide comprehensive patient care.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities to stay updated with advancements in dental techniques and technologies.
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and safety standards to safeguard the health and well-being of patients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license and eligibility for licensure in Illinois to practice as a dentist.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performing general dentistry procedures, demonstrating proficiency and expertise in various dental treatments.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to diagnose and address a diverse range of dental conditions effectively.
- Dedication to providing compassionate and patient-centered dental care, prioritizing patient well-being and comfort.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive patient relationships and effective teamwork with dental staff.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced dental clinic environment, managing multiple patient cases while maintaining high-quality care standards.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and learning, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry.
- Understanding of infection control procedures and compliance with safety regulations.
Pay:
$200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
