Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $150,000.00 - $200,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

  • Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning.
  • Deliver a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including restorations, extractions, crown and bridge, prosthodontics, and preventive care.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-care instructions.
  • Supervise and collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to ensure optimal patient flow and experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using a modern EMR system.
  • Optionally participate in outreach programs, school screenings, or mobile clinics in underserved areas.

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
  • Active or eligible Pennsylvania dental license in good standing.
  • DEA registration and current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient-first mindset and dedication to delivering high-quality care.
  • Interest in continued education, digital dentistry, or specialty training (a plus!).
