  • Efficiently manage phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology, instruments, and specialized dental software.
  • Adherence to state and federal regulations relevant to dental practices.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all patient-related paperwork.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Dentrix software.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
  • Proficient in managing appointment calendars, confirming scheduled visits, and recall procedures.


Compensation:

  • Annual Salary: $60,000-$65,000.
