Full-time/Part-time Home Health Aide Needed at Trusted Keepers Home Health in Plano, TX
We are looking for a skilled and caring Home Health Aide to join our team and provide compassionate and reliable care to our clients, in their homes.
We are dedicated to providing compassionate and reliable care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. You will be responsible for providing basic medical care, assisting with daily activities, and helping to ensure the safety and comfort of the client, and you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to our clients, ensuring their well-being.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a caring and compassionate attitude, and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care.
Weekly schedule:
- Choose your own hours
- Monday-Friday
- Weekends as needed
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Provide transportation to medical appointments and other activities.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Help with medication reminders.
- Provide respite care for family members.
- Assist with physical therapy exercises.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Home Health Aide Program
- Must be in good standing on the HHA Registry (if applicable) and have completed HHA course to work for a Medicare-certified agency.
- At least one year experience in the last 24 months as a Home Health Aide in a hospital, nursing home, or home health/hospice agency.
Salary:
$25,000 - $35,000 per year (based on hours worked)
