We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our mental health clinic. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and dedicated individual with a strong background in providing counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. As an LPC, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions for clients of all ages.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of the client's mental health and psychosocial needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients using evidence-based interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and social services to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in times of need.
  • Participate in team meetings and continuing education to stay informed of emerging trends and best practices in mental health treatment.
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in counseling or a related field.
  • LCPC licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing counseling and therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions for a range of mental health disorders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
