We are looking for licensed mental health therapists (LMFTs, LPCs, and LICSWs) in Alabama to meet the high demand for mental health therapy for the largest and fastest-growing telehealth company in the world.

Your Role:

• Provide professional mental health counseling service through 45-minute live video chat sessions to clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, weight disorders, OCD, ADHD, etc. based on your preferences for client demographics.

• Decide how many sessions your clients would need by taking a solution-based approach.

• Answer questions and requests your clients might have via text messaging through the portal.

What we offer:

• Sign-on bonus
• $90k-$104k per year depending on hours worked

Requirements:

- Must have a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling

- Must be independently licensed in Alabama, no associates or interns:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

- Must NOT have any disciplinary actions on your license

- Must have a cell phone and a computer in working condition

- Must have a reliable internet connection
