Remote Licensed Independent Social Worker

We're currently hiring Remote Mental Health Counselors to join our team and provide counseling services via video chat.

Schedule/Work Environment:

• Work full-time (>30 hours/week) or part-time (>5 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via video chat
• Help clients develop insights into their experiences, feelings, and relationships
• Use solution-based treatment modalities to facilitate individual treatments
• Develop individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of your clients
• Monitor progress throughout the treatment plan and help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms

To be considered, you will need:

• Master’s degree in counseling-related discipline: Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology
• Current state-issued mental health counseling license to practice independently:
  • Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
  • Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice (LISW-CP)

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Computer with webcam and audio capabilities for video sessions
• Reliable internet connection

Pay and Benefits:
