Full-time/Part-time Licensed Massage Therapists Needed at Serene Wellness Center in Boston, Massachusetts

Work Schedule:

- Full-time or part-time positions available.

- Flexible work schedules between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' individual needs.
  • Customizing massage services to craft truly personalized sessions for each client.
  • Utilizing our monthly membership model to build recurring client relationships and witness their wellness improve over time.
  • Safeguarding the client experience, maintaining client confidentiality, and upholding our commitment to safety.
  • Embracing the core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy in your interactions with clients and team members.
  • Protecting our workplace culture by building positive relationships with team members, valuing and respecting diversity, and supporting team goals.

Requirements:

  • All applicants must meet the licensing and/or certification requirements for the city and state in which they practice and pass a background and reference check prior to hire.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multiple massage modalities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a client-centered approach to care.
  • Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

Compensation:

- $40 to $60 per hour, based on experience and expertise.
