Work Schedule:

- Full-time or part-time positions available.

- Flexible work schedules between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform various massage techniques, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and others, as per clients' requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort, explain the treatment process, and gather feedback throughout the session.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to health and safety standards to protect both clients and the therapist.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy, self-care techniques, and stretches that can complement their treatment and promote overall well-being.
  • Practice active listening to understand clients' needs, concerns, and treatment goals, ensuring a client-centered approach and providing attentive care.
  • Assist in scheduling massage sessions and managing appointment calendars efficiently.
  • Client Retention: Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster client loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Require candidates to hold a valid license to practice massage therapy in the state.
  • Verified certification from an accredited massage therapy program.
  • Completed a comprehensive massage therapy program with a solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
  • Relevant work experience in providing therapeutic massage services, preferably in a similar healthcare or wellness setting.
  • Specialized training in specific massage techniques or modalities that align with your business's focus, such as sports massage, prenatal massage, or deep tissue massage.
  • Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and medical history, ensuring a personalized and client-centered approach.
  • Prioritize client care and are skilled in creating a comfortable and safe environment for clients during massage sessions.

Compensation:

- $40 to $60 per hour, based on experience and expertise.
