Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Position: Licensed Massage Therapist

Location: Puyallup, Washington

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 + benefits

Position Overview:

Looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist, someone able to work on their own and who is both professional and friendly. Our ideal candidate would be someone who understands the importance of massage for the treatment of injuries as well as someone who sees the benefit of combining massage and chiropractic care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customized therapeutic massage services for clients

  • Ensure treatments are aligned with client wellness goals and educate clients on overall

  • wellness within your scope of practice

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and peaceful environment in the treatment room

  • Demonstrate reliability by attending scheduled shifts and arriving punctually for

  • Keep accurate client records and treatment notes

  • Adhere to ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality at all times

  • Stay up-to-date with new massage techniques and keep licenses/certifications active

Requirements:

  • Certified from an accredited massage school

  • Possess a Washington State Massage License and Malpractice Insurance

  • Restorative, Therapeutic, and Musculoskeletal Massage Skills

  • Passion for holistic health, wellness, and energy work

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
