Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) – Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic

Location: Olympia, Washington

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 + benefits


Position Overview:

We are an established, highly respected orthopedic outpatient clinic in Washington, and we’re looking for a talented, compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to enhance our multidisciplinary care team. As an integral part of our patient care model, our LMTs work alongside physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and healthcare providers in a collaborative, patient-first environment focused on recovery, performance, and long-term wellness.

Your Role:

  • Provide therapeutic massage and manual therapy to support recovery, reduce pain, and promote functional movement
  • Work closely with physical therapists and other clinicians to align massage sessions with patient care plans
  • Tailor techniques to a variety of patient needs, including injury recovery, chronic tension, post-surgical rehab, and athletic performance
  • Educate clients on body mechanics, self-care strategies, and wellness routines
  • Maintain accurate treatment notes and follow clinic protocols for hygiene and safety

Requirements:

  • Current Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the state of Washington
  • Skilled in therapeutic and deep tissue massage (sports, medical, or myofascial experience a plus)
  • Team-oriented and professional with excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about helping people heal and function at their best
  • Prior experience in a clinical or orthopedic setting is preferred, but new grads with the right mindset are welcome!
