Location: Federal Way, Washington | Employment Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM- 5 PM
Our orthopedic outpatient clinic in Washington is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our interdisciplinary care team. Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000 + benefits
Job Duties:
- Provide goal-oriented massage therapy as part of comprehensive treatment plans developed alongside physical therapists and other providers.
- Deliver orthopedic, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, and other specialized techniques to support rehabilitation and pain management.
- Customize each session based on patient diagnosis, medical history, and response to treatment.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of sessions in the patient’s medical record.
- Educate patients on self-care techniques, posture, stretching, and injury prevention strategies.
- Collaborate daily with physical therapists and medical staff in a team-focused setting.
Requirements:
- Active Washington State Massage Therapy License.
- 1+ year of clinical or orthopedic massage experience preferred, but new grads with strong therapeutic training are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with orthopedic-focused techniques (e.g., neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, myofascial release).
- Empathetic and client-focused
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative healthcare setting
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
