Job Title: Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) – Orthopedic Focus | Mesquite, Nevada
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 + benefits
Patient Volume: 1-2 Patients per hour

We’re seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team and provide skilled, medically-informed bodywork in coordination with orthopedic providers and rehabilitation specialists. As an LMT on our orthopedic team, you’ll play an essential role in helping patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and speed up recovery. Your work will be focused on goal-driven, functional massage techniques tailored to each client’s needs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform orthopedic and therapeutic massage techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, sports massage, and neuromuscular therapy.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, chiropractors, and physicians to align treatment plans and track patient progress.
- Educate clients on body awareness, posture, and home-care techniques to support their rehabilitation or performance goals.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of treatments and patient outcomes in compliance with clinic protocols and Nevada licensing standards.
- Help create a calm, welcoming, and professional environment for clients in pain or in recovery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Nevada Massage Therapy License in good standing.
- At least 1 year of experience preferred (but not required) in therapeutic, orthopedic, or sports massage. New grads with strong clinical internships are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in deep tissue and rehabilitative massage techniques.
- Comfortable working with injuries, post-surgical clients, and chronic pain conditions.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics.
