  • Assist in reducing muscle tension, pain, and stiffness, helping patients manage chronic pain conditions and recover from musculoskeletal injuries.
  • Conduct initial assessments of patients to determine their needs, medical history, and specific areas of focus for massage therapy. Continuously assess patient progress during follow-up treatments.
  • Work closely with other healthcare providers, including physical therapists, chiropractors, and physicians, to ensure a holistic and effective approach to patient care.
  • Educate patients on self-care techniques, stretching, posture improvement, and other strategies to enhance their treatment plan and maintain long-term health.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including treatment notes and progress updates, in compliance with clinic policies and insurance requirements.
  • Ensure that treatment rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment to provide the best possible experience for patients.

Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in Washington.
  • Completion of a massage therapy program from an accredited school, with a minimum of 500 hours of education and training.
  • CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a therapeutic or clinical massage setting, preferably in an outpatient, rehabilitation, or orthopedic environment.
  • Experience with a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and relaxation techniques.
  • Ability to perform massage therapy for extended periods while maintaining a high level of energy and focus.

Why Work With Us?

  • Competitive base salary with performance incentives
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
