Job Title: Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (New Jersey)

Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year

Location: Ridgewood, New Jersey

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional massage therapy tailored to the needs of skilled nursing facility residents.
• Assess patient conditions and design individualized treatment plans to improve circulation, reduce pain, and enhance mobility.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and report patient progress.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Follow facility policies and maintain a safe, hygienic treatment environment.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Massage Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Completion of an accredited massage therapy program.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or healthcare settings preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
