Job Type: This is a full-time position with flexible shifts to ensure 24/7 patient care. We also offer part-time positions for those seeking a more flexible schedule.

Work Schedule: Shifts may include:

  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Full-time LPNs typically work five shifts per week, totaling 36 to 40 hours. Part-time positions range from two to four shifts per week, totaling 20 to 30 hours.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary ranging between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation of their effects.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Assist with patient assessments, gathering and recording patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist with patient education, providing information on medications, procedures, and self-care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient observations, interactions, and care provided.
  • Uphold infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
  • Assist with patient mobility and transfers, ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Current and active licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the desired state.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional care to patients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic medical procedures, medication administration, and documentation.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
