Full-time Licensed Practical Nurses Needed at Medical Clinic in New City, NY
Health Care Medical is looking for Full-time Licensed Practical Nurses working 40 hours per week. Weekly schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of patient care in a primary care clinic environment under the direct supervision of a provider.
- Optimize patient safety and reduce the likelihood of medical/health care errors.
- Conduct medication reconciliation at each visit and provide education and dosing instructions regarding medications as instructed by the provider.
- Monitor and process daily task lists to ensure efficient patient care management.
- Take vitals and record patient information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Assist providers with office procedures to support the smooth functioning of the clinic.
Qualifications:
- LPN Licensure Required.
- CPR Certification.
- Previous EMR experience required.
- Previous primary care experience preferred.
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- LPN (Preferred)
- RN (Preferred)
Salary:
$60,000 and $80,000 per year
