Full-time Licensed Practical Nurses Needed at Medical Clinic in New City, NY

Health Care Medical is looking for Full-time Licensed Practical Nurses working 40 hours per week. Weekly schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of patient care in a primary care clinic environment under the direct supervision of a provider.
• Optimize patient safety and reduce the likelihood of medical/health care errors.
• Conduct medication reconciliation at each visit and provide education and dosing instructions regarding medications as instructed by the provider.
• Monitor and process daily task lists to ensure efficient patient care management.
• Take vitals and record patient information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Assist providers with office procedures to support the smooth functioning of the clinic.

Qualifications:

• LPN Licensure Required.
• CPR Certification.
• Previous EMR experience required.
• Previous primary care experience preferred.
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• LPN (Preferred)
• RN (Preferred)

Salary:

$60,000 and $80,000 per year
