Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Hospital Setting (Atlanta, Georgia)

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $150,000 per year + benefits

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team and help provide outstanding care to our diverse patient population.

The LPN will work collaboratively with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals to provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and regulations. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, efficient, and eager to make a difference in a fast-paced hospital or clinic environment.

Job Duties:

  • Deliver direct nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures.
  • Support physicians and RNs with exams, wound care, IVs, injections, and patient education.
  • Document nursing care and patient progress in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Communicate clearly with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment by adhering to infection control and hospital policies.
  • Participate in team huddles, quality improvement initiatives, and continued education.
  • Monitor patients for changes in condition and report any concerns promptly to supervising staff.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
  • Active and unencumbered LPN license in the State of Georgia.
  • 1–2 years of LPN experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
  • Experience in hospital, urgent care, or outpatient setting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athena).
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Compassionate and professional bedside manner.
