Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management.
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient flow and elevate the patient experience.
- Manage inventory levels of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
- Coordinate billing and coding processes, encompassing insurance claims and patient invoicing.
- Implement and manage electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient patient data handling.
- Conduct routine performance assessments for office personnel and promote professional growth opportunities.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
- Work collaboratively with departmental managers to enhance organizational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proficiency with Dentrix software is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental administration.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

- Professional demeanor, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with dental billing and insurance procedures.
- Previous dental industry experience is advantageous.
Compensation:
- Annual salary range: $65,000-$85,000, commensurate with experience.
