Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient flow and elevate the patient experience.
  • Manage inventory levels of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Coordinate billing and coding processes, encompassing insurance claims and patient invoicing.
  • Implement and manage electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient patient data handling.
  • Conduct routine performance assessments for office personnel and promote professional growth opportunities.
  • Address patient inquiries, concerns, and conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
  • Work collaboratively with departmental managers to enhance organizational efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proficiency with Dentrix software is essential.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental administration.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Professional demeanor, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with dental billing and insurance procedures.
  • Previous dental industry experience is advantageous.

Compensation:

  • Annual salary range: $65,000-$85,000, commensurate with experience.
