Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.

  • Manage inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Oversee billing, coding, insurance claims, and patient invoicing processes.
  • Implement and maintain electronic health record (EHR) systems for streamlined data management.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff, fostering growth opportunities.
  • Address patient concerns and conflicts with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a related field
  • Essential expertise in Dentrix software.
  • Minimum of 2 years in dental administration.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational aptitude with acute attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with dental billing and insurance processes.
  • Prior experience in the dental industry is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Annual salary: $65,000-$85,000, based on experience.
