  • Manage inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Supervise billing, coding, insurance claims, and patient invoicing processes.
  • Implement and oversee electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient data management.
  • Conduct periodic performance evaluations, nurturing staff growth and development.
  • Address patient concerns and conflicts with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Dentrix software is essential.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental administration.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with dental billing and insurance procedures; prior dental industry experience preferred.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: Competitive annual salary between $65,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience.
