We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Practice Administrator who is ready to take on the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of our clinical practice operations. You’ll be instrumental in improving both the patient experience and operational efficiency, while fostering a supportive, positive environment for our healthcare providers and staff. We’re seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to take the reins of our growing outpatient services across Oregon.

As the Practice Administrator, you will report directly to senior leadership and serve as the operational executive for one or more medical practices, guiding everything from staffing and budgeting to patient satisfaction and performance improvement. This is an ideal role for a proactive, data-driven healthcare professional ready to lead teams, scale operations, and deliver results that matter.

Job Duties:
  • Direct all administrative, financial, and operational functions of assigned medical practices
  • Serve as a key liaison between clinic teams, providers, and hospital leadership
  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead practice expansion, integration, and process transformation initiatives
  • Ensure daily clinic operations run smoothly and efficiently across sites
  • Monitor scheduling, provider productivity, patient access, and operational KPIs
  • Oversee compliance with all healthcare regulations (Joint Commission, HIPAA, OSHA)
  • Ensure excellence in quality, safety, and patient satisfaction metrics
  • Develop and manage operating budgets for multiple sites
  • Oversee revenue cycle performance, including charge capture, coding, and AR management
  • Collaborate with finance, billing, and contracting teams to optimize reimbursement
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare practice management
  • Strong background in multi-provider, multi-specialty ambulatory operations
  • Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred), budgeting tools, and data analytics
  • Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MPH, or equivalent)
  • Experience in a hospital-affiliated or integrated delivery system
  • Knowledge of value-based care, population health, and access strategies
  • Lean Six Sigma or formal process improvement training
Benefits:
  • Attractive base salary + performance-based bonuses
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • CME allowance + paid CME days
  • Paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick time)
  • Malpractice coverage with tail insurance
  • Relocation support is available for eligible candidates
  • Flexible scheduling (4-day workweeks and part-time shifts available)
  • Opportunities for medical leadership, training, and mentorship
If you're ready to lead at the intersection of strategy, operations, and care delivery, we want to hear from you.
