  • Monitor and manage clinic budgets, revenue cycles, and productivity targets
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and implement improvements
  • Support billing, coding, and insurance processes in collaboration with revenue teams

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations or clinic leadership
  • Proven ability to manage teams, workflows, and clinical processes in an outpatient setting
  • Working knowledge of EHR systems (Epic preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, or related)
  • Experience in a hospital-affiliated or multispecialty clinic
  • Familiarity with value-based care, population health metrics, and patient access strategies
  • LEAN, Six Sigma, or other process improvement training

Benefits:

  • Attractive base salary + performance-based bonuses
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off (PTO), holidays, and sick leave
  • 401(k) with employer contribution
  • Continuing education and certification reimbursement
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Employee wellness and engagement programs
  • Flexible scheduling (4-day workweeks and part-time shifts available)
  • Opportunities for medical leadership, training, and mentorship
